Refund policy

Returns and Cancellations

We cannot accept returns or cancellations for bespoke or personalised items which have already been started. This includes all preservation orders. If you would like to cancel your booking before any preservation work has been started, including us receiving your flowers, you may do so, but the deposit will be non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that damages in regard to preservation items do not include: A change in the colour or shape of the flowers, this happens naturally during the drying process and is out of our control. Small imperfections within your resin keepsake, such as but not limited to air bubbles, small specs of dust or hair, slightly misplaced flowers, small pieces of silica sand. We do our best within reason to remove as many imperfections as possible but cannot eliminate them all. Small imperfections in the finish of the piece, including but not limited to small specs of dust or hair, uneven edges, unlevel surfaces. These are sometimes unavoidable due to the handmade nature of the pieces. No item will be factory-made perfect. Please note, complains about any of the above mentioned imperfections will not qualify for refunds or returns, as they are to be expected in most orders.

 

If you believe your order is not of reasonable quality, and would like to be refunded, please email us at info@forevermoreflorals.com, and provide photo or video evidence of the faults with your order. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Refunds

If your refund request has been accepted, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@forevermoreflorals.com
